Terms of Service
By downloading or using any AIJJ app, you agree to these terms. These terms are straightforward — we don't hide anything in fine print.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by AIJJ LLC ("AIJJ", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
2. Who We Are
AIJJ LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that develops and distributes mobile productivity applications through the Apple App Store. Android versions for Google Play are planned and not yet available. Contact: support@aijj.net
3. License to Use
Subject to these Terms, AIJJ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your personal and internal business purposes on devices you own or control.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our apps or their content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our apps
- Use our apps for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our apps
- Use our apps to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Some AIJJ apps offer paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. All subscription transactions are processed entirely by Apple (App Store), or by Google (Google Play) for Android versions once they are available. AIJJ LLC does not directly handle or store any payment information.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- To cancel, use your Apple ID subscription management settings (or your Google account settings for Android versions, once available)
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies (or Google's, for Android versions once available)
- Prices may vary by country and are set by the respective platform
5. Generated Content
AIJJ apps generate text, suggestions, and analysis on your device based on the information you provide. You acknowledge that:
- Generated content is for reference and assistance only
- Generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
- You are solely responsible for how you use generated content
- Generated content should not be used as professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice
- You should not represent generated content as entirely your own work in contexts where that would be inappropriate (e.g., academic submissions where prohibited)
6. User Content & Conduct
Content you create using our apps (notes, entries, generated text) remains yours. We do not access, store, or transmit your content — it stays on your device, and if iCloud Backup is on, iOS may include it in your backup.
You agree not to use our apps to generate content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
- Infringes intellectual property rights of others
- Contains false information intended to deceive
- Facilitates spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, available at aijj.net/privacy, describes how we handle data. The short version: our apps don't collect your personal data. All processing occurs on your device.
8. Intellectual Property
The AIJJ name, logo, app designs, and all content within our apps (excluding user-generated content) are owned by AIJJ LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AIJJ LLC does not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any generated content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIJJ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you retain access to any content you created.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through an in-app notice or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
